In addition, many homeowners inquire about the Homeowners Association dues. These dues are used for upkeep of common areas (including sprinkler system, mowing, lighting, etc.), park maintenance and liability insurance, and administrative costs to name a few.  Annual dues are mandatory and unpaid dues become a lien on your property and incur 16% interest annually. We do track unpaid dues.
